Infrastructure care for your virtual server, while your team keeps control of everything on it.
Managed services can be added when you order a virtual server, or later from the control panel. They cover the machine, never your applications: round-the-clock monitoring with restart on failure, operating-system updates and security patches, additional off-site backups, and installation and troubleshooting help for server software.
Your developers keep root access throughout. We do not edit your code, publish your content or administer your mail; that is a condition of admission.
