What we do
We keep the web presence of the companies admitted to the Order: their sites, mail, domains and servers, on infrastructure we operate and protect. Each company passes the same five stations before its first order.
Introduction
A member of the Order introduces the company and vouches for it.
Screening
The company, directors and owners are screened against six sanctions lists.
Verification
A custodian checks the register, the domain and the company’s own web and mail staff.
Hosting
An admission pass opens the order pages. Billing runs through our infrastructure partner.
Annual review
Every verified company is screened again each year to keep its seal.
Who we host
Companies only. Never individuals, and never a company that does not run its own house.
- Petroleum and energyNational and international oil companies, refiners, traders and terminals
- Banking and financeBanks, trade finance houses, funds and payment institutions
- InsuranceMarine, cargo, energy and liability insurers and their brokers
- Legal servicesLaw firms and chambers advising on energy, trade and finance
- The industries around themShipping, inspection, commodity trading and regulators
Who we do not host
- Individuals and personal websites. A registered company is required.
- Companies without in-house developers. Your own employees build and maintain your site.
- Outsourced development. Sites built or run by agencies, freelancers or contractors.
- Companies that do not manage their own content.
- Companies that do not administer their own e-mail.
- Anyone who fails screening or cannot be verified.
When outsiders hold the keys to a site or a mailbox, nobody can vouch for who is inside. We would rather host fewer companies and know every one of them. Read why.
Eurabelt Verified
Every admitted company receives a public record in the Eurabelt Verified register and a seal for its website. Visitors, counterparties and banks can confirm in one click that the company is registered, screened and in good standing. The register is kept for the long term: a record that will outlast any single website.

Starting with us
No website yet?
Admitted companies can start with the domain alone. We register it in your company’s name, and your team builds when it is ready.
Unhappy with your host?
We move your sites, databases and mail to us, with your developers alongside, so nothing goes offline and nothing stays behind.
Five data centres, your choice of law
Choose the location when you order. Plans and prices are the same everywhere.
Admission is by introduction
A member of the Eurabelt Custodial Order introduces the company, usually with an invitation code. Admission carries no fee and takes a few working days. Newly incorporated companies are welcome when properly introduced.
- Certificate of incorporation and registration number
- Directors and owners of 25% or more, for screening
- Your development lead and e-mail administrator, on company addresses
- An invitation code, or the name of the introducing member
- An authorised signatory for the company
